An Iconic Landmark property in Downtown Manhattan had been acquired and the new Ownership entity lacked an In-House resource to evaluate the Security posture of the asset. They needed a review of the existing security infrastructure and programs and was looking for a Strategic Partner to assist them with this project.

ISI identified concerns, deficiencies and opportunities tied to the property’s Security Staffing, CCTV, Access Control, Key Control, Patrol Tour Monitoring and Incident Tracking capabilities. In summary, ISI identified in excess of $121,000 in ANNUAL EFFICIENCIES which were the result of over-staffing, over-billing, over-paying and streamlining of technology solutions.
