One of the largest Owner/Developer/Managers of Regional Shopping Centers had been increasing its Third-Party Portfolio of properties and had a distressed asset in Texas in need of a Security/Program Review. Resources were limited but services had to be performed.
ISI offered a number of strategies to meet this client’s needs including a reduced fee plus Shared-Savings program. Because of our experience and flexibility, ISI was hired to perform the services. This project lead to a Second in Georgia; followed by a Third in Michigan (all within seven months of each other). A summary of all three (3) projects is provided below.
As a result of this process, ISI identified efficiencies tied to Staffing and Service Contracts in excess of Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000+). ISI also assisted a Fourth property with their Security Technology RFP where a new Integration Partner and thousands of additional dollars were saved.
