Our client, a large Regional Financial Institution, needed a resource to complete a Vulnerability Assessment of their current Corporate Headquarters; as well as, Security Technology and Process Reviews of their Bank Branches. They turned to ISI to complete the needed assessments and to identify a go-forward business plan for security technology upgrades and installations.
The ISI team reviewed 13 locations, carefully analyzing each facility to identify the current gaps in their existing security program from a procedural and technology standpoint. The process included a physical assessment of each location, meetings with executive management as well as local management, review of all documentation and technology, and the creation of a go-forward plan to assist in the budgetary process for a 1-3-5 year plan for enhancements.
Our project was completed on time, on-budget, and produced a plan for the client to enact improvements in all areas. As a result, the client has upgraded their CCTV systems and amended their policy and procedures for access control.
